How to Put Your E-Biz on Autopilot
When you suddenly realise it has been ages since you’ve updated your blog or your social media profiles (like myself as of late), it’s time to take advantage of some tools available to you so that you can put your business on an autopilot of sorts. This helps you continue to communicate with your customers and keep search engines visiting your website even if you’re not able to dedicate time to posts several times a week.
Post in Advance
Take a few hours a week and post several blogs in advance. Both Blogger and Word Press offer advanced posting features that help you do that.
Take Guest Posts
If you’re going to be away on holiday or busy working on a specific money-making project, taking guest-posts can be a great way to keep fresh content on your blog without having to stop and research and then write that content yourself. You can find guest posts on article directories or among your group of friends. Talk to fellow internet marketers and let them post something on your blog with a link back to their site. Do the same when you have time and you can speak to a new potential audience and create a backlink back to your site.
Automated Tools
There are plenty of other automated tools you can use for posting socially, such as Social Oomph, which lets you post an automated reply to let you touch base with new Twitter followers as well as advanced tweets and other social actions so that you can reach out to customers and prospects, share information, and improve your site’s traffic levels without constant interaction from you.
Because I participate in several busy internet marketing programmes and make money via several income streams, I definitely plan to automate more tasks — enabling me to continue talking to readers in several niches even when I’m focused on a new money-making project
